How do disable UAC on Windows 7:

Open up Control Panel and type "UAC" into the search box. You'll see a link for "Change User Account Control settings":

Simply drag the slider all the way to the bottom where it says "Never notify" and click OK to continue.

You'll need to reboot your computer for the changes to take effect, and then you can continue installing Kwik*POP.
