Thank you for trying out Kwik*POP.
In order to make this a productive venture, you must take 5 steps before activating your temporary Kwik*POP License. To activate your temporary license after you’ve installed Kwik*POP on your computer you’ll need a USERNAME and PASSWORD. We issue trial USERNAME/PASSWORDS to trial subscribers in our on line chat room.
STEP 1) Our indicators are keyed to highlighting momentum reversals within an existing trend. We target certain set ups or patterns that repeat continually in the market. You need to understand those patterns and how the indicators identify them. Please take the time to review all training video’s and PDF’s by going to this link>> http://www.kwikpop.com/index-5.html
STEP 2) We have over 70 custom indicators. It would take you a long time to learn how to use them. To simplify this process we have created chart templates. These templates contain all critical indicators used in our training sessions. When you install Kwik*POP a READ ME FILE pops up on your screen. Please follow the instructions for loading the templates or workspace onto your charts. There is a PDF document explaining basic installation of Kwik*POP on your computer. Everything is done automatically when you run our installer, but this document tells you where everything is located and how to use our templates. STEP 3) We urge you to attend 3 of our live training sessions in order to understand the trading patterns we target. On Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday between 11:30 A.M. and 1:00P.M. eastern time, we have live, interactive training sessions in our on-line chat room. We broadcast live, real time charts using the templates we’ve given you to study.
GETTING YOUR TRIAL USERNAME/PASSWORD
We issue trial USERNAME/PASSWORDS in our chat room for trial subscribers. To get your trial USERNAME/PASSWORD to activate your license you need to attend one of our training sessions in our chat room.
STEP 4) To attend our chat room you just need to send an email to kwikpop@kwikpop.com.
Once you have your trial username and password, you are ready to download Kwik*POP on your computer. PLEASE NOTE: Our trial runs for 10 calendar days. That includes Saturdays and Sundays. You should schedule your trial download for a Monday so you can get the maximum number of live trading days during your trial.
STEP 5) OK, now that you have your USERNAME and PASSWORD click on this link to INSTALL Kwik*POP on your computer.

SHALL NOT BE LIABLE TO USER OR TO ANY OTHER ENTITY OR INDIVIDUAL FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUES, TRADES, DATA OR FOR ANY INDIRECT, SPECIAL, PUNITIVE, CONSEQUENTIAL OR INCIDENTAL LOSS OR DAMAGE OF ANY NATURE ARISING FROM ANY CAUSE WHATSOEVER, EVEN IF TS LEASING GROUP INC. HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGE. UNLESS DUE TO WILLFUL TORTIOUS MISCONDUCT OR GROSS NEGLIGENCE, TS LEASING GROUP INC. (AND AFFILIATES) SHALL HAVE NO LIABILITY IN TORT, CONTRACT OR OTHERWISE TO USER AND/ OR ANY THIRD PARTY.
NO OTHER WARRANTIES. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, TS LEASING GROUP INC and its suppliers disclaim all other warranties and conditions, either express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement, with regard to the SOFTWARE PRODUCT, and the provision of or failure to provide Support Services. This limited warranty gives you specific legal rights. You may have others, which vary from state/jurisdiction to state/jurisdiction.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall TS LEASING GROUP INC. or its suppliers be liable for any special, incidental, indirect, or consequential damages whatsoever (including, without limitation, damages for loss of business profits, business interruption, loss of business information, or any other pecuniary loss) arising out of the use of or inability to use the SOFTWARE PRODUCT or the provision of or failure to provide Support Services, even if TS LEASING GROUP INC has been advised of the possibility of such damages. In any case, TS LEASING GROUP INC.'s entire liability under any provision of this EULA shall be limited to the greater of the amount actually paid by you for the SOFTWARE PRODUCT or U.S.$5.00; provided, however, if you have entered into a TS LEASING GROUP INC. Support Services Agreement, TS LEASING GROUP INC 's entire liability regarding Support Services shall be governed by the terms of that agreement.
